Trial Bay Features In COAST Australia, Season 2

The BAFTA award winning television series COAST has explored the coastlines of Britain and Europe in the past.  This month viewers were able to discover Australia’s coastline with the first season of COAST Australia going to air on Foxtel’s History Channel.

January 2015 the second season will go to air on Monday nights at 7:30pm Eastern Daylight Time on Foxtel’s History Channel.  The third show of the series will be focused on Northen New South Wales which the Macleay Valley Coast’s Trial Bay will be one of the areas highlighted on the television program.  Learn about Trial Bay and Trial Bay Gaol on the Macleay Valley Coast Website.

The episodes will run in the following order:

 12th Jan            Victoria 

19th Jan            South Australia

26th Jan          Northern New South Wales*

2nd Feb            South Western Australia

9th Feb             Torres Strait

16th Feb           Norfolk Island

23rd Feb           Southern New South Wales

2nd Mar            Pilbara

The new COAST website is also live.  There you can find the series’ promo, presenter biographies and stills from each episode.   

In addition, each Monday from January 12th, Foxtel’s online team will add a few extra stories only seen on the website, pertaining to that night’s episode.  They will also put up Behind The Scenes videos revealing some of the highlights and challenges of making the series on the road.
