Terms & Conditions for Macleay Valley Coast Instagram Nature Trails Competition

1. Competition promotor: Kempsey Shire Council ABN 70705618663 22 Tozer Street, West Kempsey NSW 2440
2. Competition starts 9am Thursday 28th July 2022 Ends 11.59pm Monday 22nd August 2022
3. How to enter: 1 entry when you follow Macleay Valley Coast Instagram page, 1 entry when you tag a friend you would share your prize with and 2 entries if you share and tag @MacleayValleyCoast giveaway on your Instagram stories
4. 1st prize $1000 Accommodation Voucher, 2nd prize $250 Dining Voucher, 3rd prize $250 Dining Voucher
5. All vouchers are to be redeemed within the Kempsey LGA
6. Accommodation and food operators must be a registered business within the Kempsey LGA
7. Winners will have preference of provider which must be approved by Kempsey Shire Council, a voucher for that operator will then be issued
8. All bookings will be subject to the accommodation and dining operators Terms and Conditions for their vouchers which will need to be adhered to
9. Winners will be determined by Namepicker and will be drawn on Tuesday 23rd August at 9am
10. Winners will be notified by Instagram message
11. The judge’s decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into
12. No vouchers can be redeemed for cash
13. Where booking exceeds voucher, recipient must pay the extra costs
14. Where winners haven’t claimed their prize within 7 days of being announced, another winner will be drawn for that prize
15. Kempsey Shire Council employees are ineligible to participate
16. Where the winner is under 18 years of age, a family member or carer can be nominated for vouchers
17. Instagram is not a party to our giveaway and Macleay Valley Coast incurs all risks involved in this giveaway
