Smoky Cape Lighthouse is the highest lighthouse in New South Wales, and offers a stunning view of the coastline, while the nearby historic Trial Bay Gaol offers a peek into our nation’s history. If you want to feel nostalgic about your own childhood holidays then hang out at the seaside village of Crescent Head and catch a wave on its famous surf breaks, or experience a different natural beauty by following the Macleay River inland to Bellbrook and visit Slim Dusty’s childhood home.
